Irish Cream Cheesecake

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ stick butter, softened

3 tbsp sugar

3 8-oz packages cream cheese (at room temp)

1¼ cup sugar

5 whole eggs

2 tbsp DaVinci Gourmet Irish Cream Classic Syrup

3 cups sour cream (at room temp)

Butter a 10″ springform pan and dust with a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the first three ingredients. Press the mixture firmly in the bottom of the prepared pan. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese with 1¼ cups sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
