Coconut Granita au Natural

Invite patrons to cool off with this icy coconut treat, made with all-natural flavor.

Ingredients

1 bottle DaVinci Gourmet All Natural Coconut Syrup

16 cups milk

1 ¾ cups espresso

Directions

Mix espresso and syrup together in a large pitcher, then combine coffee mixture and milk in a granita machine.
