Strawberry Basil Lassi

With its fresh flavor combination of strawberry and herbs, this simple treat will be your new go-to for a quick breakfast or tasty snack.

Ingredients:
1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Fruit Innovations Strawberry Syrup (infused with basil)
5 oz milk
10 oz Greek yogurt

Directions:
Syrup Infusion: Add a handful of rinsed basil leaves to a blender, add the full bottle of DaVinci Gourmet Fruit Innovations Strawberry Syrup and blend for 15 seconds. Let the blended basil syrup stand for 8 hours while the flavor infusion takes place. Strain off basil leaves and store syrup in cool place.

Drink:
Pour the basil infused Strawberry syrup into a glass. Combine yogurt and milk in a separate mixing tin, lightly mixing. Pour the yogurt mixture on top of the syrup and lightly stir. Garnish with 1-3 fresh basil leaves.

Pro tip: Try layering the syrup and yogurt mixture for a drink that’s as pretty as it is tasty!

Coconut Cold Brew Frappe

This trendy warm weather recipe is ideal for coffee shops with their own cold brew to highlight their blends.

Ingredients:
2 scoops Big Train Vanilla Smoothie Base
5 oz cold brew
0.75 oz DaVinci Gourmet All Natural Coconut Syrup
12 oz ice

Directions:
Combine ingredients, then blend and serve.

Pro tip: Try it with cold brew whipped cream (4 oz of cold brew, 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Madagascar Vanilla Syrup and 11 oz heavy whipping cream)
